Scripture Verse Of The Week ‘2 Corinthians 12 Verse 9’

gracerest

2 CORINTHIANS 12 VERSE 9

Verse 9And He (Jesus) said unto me (yes, you) My Grace is sufficient for you, (again, you!) for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”

God can use our weakness to His advantage.

Sufficient; {means} As much as is needed.

His Grace is, ‘Sufficient’ As much as we need.

There is a difference between, want and need. Most of us like to store up things:

Lamentations 3 verse 22 to 24:

V22: “Because of The Lord’s faithful love we do not perish,”

V23: “They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness!”

V24: “I say; The Lord is my portion, therefore I will put my hope in Him.”

The Lord is my ‘portion’ His Vastness. His Awesomeness, His Love, His Guidance. His Mercy, His Power-fullness and Everything He is. We live in that sufficiency.

Like the air that we breath, we can store it, but we don’t need to store it, we just need to walk in it. His Grace is what we need to walk in, but we can’t store it, we just need to walk in it. By walking it and being conscious of it, we will be assured that, His Grace is Sufficient for us. Everything He has for us, we need to walk in the newness and freshness of it, because it can not be stored. It needs to be used and renewed, regularly.

Grace is God’s undeserved favor, and all that it brings is sufficient for me (yes, you)

The best of the best of what God has to offer is sufficient for me (yes, everyone}. who becomes a ‘whosoever’ John 3 verse 16:

Sometimes like Paul, we will find God’s answers to prayer by Him giving us not what we ask for but something better.

God Bless
