Wisdom Through Words

We are blessed this week with her second week article by Lorraine.

Psalm 39 verse 1: “I said, ‘I will guard my ways so that I may not sin with my tongue.”

An Unknown Poet wrote:

A careless word may kindle strife.

A cruel word may wreck a life.

A bitter word may hate instill.

A brutal word may smite and kill.

A gracious word may smooth the way.

A joyous word may light the day.

A timely word may lesson stress.

A loving word may heal and bless.

Isaiah 50 verse 4:”The Lord God has given Me the tongue of those who are instructed to know how to sustain the weary with a word”.

Let our mouths become Holy Spirit guided.

Proverbs 8 verse 8 and 9:

V8: “All the words of my mouth are righteous;  none of them are deceptive or perverse”.

V(: “ All of them are clear to the perceptive, and right to those who discover knowledge”.

Let the words of our mouth and the meditation of our heart be acceptable to Him.

Be Blessed
