The Fabric Of Our Lives

newness

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation; old things have passed away and look. new things have come”. 2 Corinthians 5 verse 17:

God through the Spirit has come to meet us in our need, a power beyond ourselves has come into the fabric of ourselves.

It is power not to sin, {into transgressions God calls no good for our live}. a new liberty to abstain from the sinful acts of the world. Don’t take this power for granted, it is possible for us still to transgress, but we have forgiveness. 1 John 2 verse 1:

“My little children, I am writing you these things so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ the righteous One”.

It is a power to be good, to grow into the Fruit of the Spirit’s life in us. Galatians 5 verses 22 to 26:

V22: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness”,

V23: goodness, faith, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law”.

V24: Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passion and desires”.

V25: If we live by The Spirit, we must also follow the Spirit”

V26: “We must not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another”.

The Holy Spirit resides within in us, that is Who should be reflecting through the fabric of our lives. The Holy Spirit comes to bring Power to our lives, Power to live, power to be an example of our Lord and Our Friend, power to overcome, and go through the challenges of life.

The question is not how full of the Spirit we are, because He always comes in Full measure. The Question we should ask how much of His fullness are we allowing to flow through the fabric of our lives. Let the fabrics of our lives be overflowing with all The Holy Spirit has for us.

God Bless.
