Why Are We Troubled

troubles

Why are we troubled. In Luke 24 verse 38: Jesus asks, “‘Why are you troubled?’ ‘And why do doubts arise in your hearts’.”

Why are so many troubled at the thought of Christ Jesus, rising from the dead.

Perhaps it is because it brings us back to the question, why are we here. The Christian answer is easy, we were created for a purpose. But a purpose, that doesn’t bring glory to oneself.

A person who believes we were created by a big bang, random bang =  random purpose for living. There is no point anyone being around.

But created with a purpose, created with a free will to believe anything we want to believe, leads to choices. Choices to accept The Creator and the Creators ways, or a choice to be free and not live with a purpose. for our lives, which The creator created us for.

Choices can lead us to live outside our creative purpose. Creative purposes, are not for totalitarian  worship of an overbearing creator, but creative purposes to live in fellowship and under the guidance, love and help of our Creator.

If our choice is we are not prepared, to listen and walk in, the wonderful creative purposes our Creator has for our lives. We are at the mercy of circumstances and the elements around us, without the The Creators help and guidance for our lives.

We will face many of the same circumstances and elements, but we are not alone, we have His promise He will never leave us or forsake us. Hebrews 13 verse 5: “I will never leave you or forsake you”

Hebrews 13 verse 6: Tells us when we have made the choice, to live in our Creator’s purposes, we can say: “Therefore, we may boldly say; The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me”.

I don’t need the Creator anymore, was the original problem {sin}, that separated us all for our eternal destiny. Genesis 3: The choice Adam and Eve made, the creator had no choice, but to leave them at their own devices and defend for themselves.

The Cross is our way back, to accept our purpose and destiny, under the Hand of our Creator. Jesus, who is The Word {John Chapter 1}, paid the price, none of mankind could pay, to allow us to have that choice again.

Why are we troubled, in Jesus we have New Life, New Hope, and a restored eternal purpose and destiny, that we all were created for.

God Bless.
