We may feel we are not as close to Our Lord and Our Friend, as we once were, or we may realize we are not continuing to grow toward spiritual maturity.

God doesn’t have any wants,  for Himself, because He is All-Powerful, but He does have wants for us.

Luke 6 verse 46: Jesus wants to be Lord of all our lives.

John 15 verse 11: God wants your life to be joyful, no matter what is going on around us.

1 John 1 verse 7: God wants us to live in the Light as He is in the Light, so  we can have continual fellowship with Him.

Ephesians 5 verse 18: God wants to fill us with His Spirit.

1 John 1 verse 9: God always willing to forgive us, if we genuinely repent, if we stuff up at times.

The Christian Life should always be one of growing, we should becoming more like Our Lord and Our Friend everyday.

He is always there to  help us when we stumble, because He is Faithful and just, to help us get back on the path of growing, in and with Him.
