Shine because we are His, He has redeemed from the curse of sin. The people of the our world are looking for sincerity, if we are not shining through with the sincerity of our Faith in Him, they will still be looking, for the something we have, but do not using or displaying.

Many  great Old Hymns, and this one has been song through the ages, and has never lost it meaning. “Jesus Bids Us Shine”.

V1: Jesus bids us shine with clear pure light,

Like a little candle burning in the night;

In this world of darkness we must shine—

You in your small corner, and I in mine.

V2: Jesus bids us shine, first of all for Him:

well He sees and knows it, if our light is dim;

He looks down from heaven, to see us

You in your small corner, and I in mine.

V3: Jesus bids us shine. then ; for all around,

Many kinds of darkness in this world abound:

Sin and want and sorrow; so we must shine—

Your in your small corner, and I in mine.

In these day of internet our small corners are growing bigger and  we will need more of  Our Lord and Our Friend, to help us shine more. Press into Him today for more of Him, we can never get to much of what He has for us, to help us in all we do, and to Shine because we are His.
